Do you offer specific travel insurance, and is it necessary?
We can help you secure travel insurance if required, for most of our suppliers travel insurance is mandatory. Have travel insurance is always strongly advised to safeguard against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage
What if I need to make changes to my itinerary after booking?
We can assist with modifications, subject to availability and supplier policies. Keep in mind that changes might incur additional fees, and travel insurance can provide coverage for unexpected adjustments.
Can you help with only part of my holiday?
Absolutely! If you prefer handling your own flights for example, I am more than happy to take care of your hotel bookings and any other travel arrangements you may require.
What happens if my travel plans are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances?
In case of disruptions, contact Voyage Atelier immediately. We will liaise with suppliers and assist in rebooking or making necessary arrangements, minimising stress on your end.
